Partner: Cameron Herndon started a real estate career in January

works with both buyers and sellers. Cameron shows property to buyers, does listing presentation interviews,
negotiates contracts, holds open houses, helps with marketing ideas, does
billing, internet marketing strategies, prospecting, etc. Cameron constantly
researches new ideas and technology to better service the client. Cameron is well versed with all parameters of sales negotiation specializing in everything from multiple offer scenarios to hard-to-sell property. Cameron works on average 10-14 hours per day 5-7 days per week so you can count on him to be busy working for his clients to get them the highest price for their sale or the lowest price for their buy.
Partner: Sue Herndon has 23 years of Real Estate experience. Cameron and Sue Herndon represent
the top 15 of all real estate agents in San Diego County. Sue’s creative marketing and advertising background push Herndon & Herndon to new frontiers in presenting homes, land, and condos to today’s buyers. Sue works hand-in-hand with each staff member ensuring our clients’ success every step of the way. Sue is an active participant in numerous community service activities and non-profit organizations including serving on the Toby Wells Foundation Board, the Business Counsel for the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, the Community Advisory Group for the Palomar-Pomerado Health Foundation, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Poway.
Marketing Director: Eryka Anson has a BA in Communications. She is highly skilled in handling all phases of marketing including the advertising
on the internet, in newspapers, magazines, direct mail, etc. Cameron and Eryka are constantly brainstorming to develop new marketing ideas. The result: increased financial reward for the client.
Listing/Escrow Coordinator: Kathie Marsh insures the client receives weekly written market updates, copies of advertising, showing feedback, and open house reports. When a property is in escrow, Kathie is the client’s guardian angel, handling all paperwork, inspections, and basically, keeping the client at ease with information and superb organization. Kathie is available 9:00-5:00++ Monday through Friday.
Buyer's Agent: Penny Caughey has been working with Sue Herndon since 1998. She works tirelessly 7 days a week showing
property, researching the market, looking at inventory, e-mailing and phoning her clients
