Partner: Cameron Herndon started a real estate career in January
1996 and quickly became a success.
Cameron has utilized his education and technical skills to bring Herndon & Herndon to a level nearly untouched in the Inland North County area. He is a licensed real estate agent who
works with both buyers and sellers. Cameron shows property to buyers, does listing presentation interviews,
negotiates contracts, holds open houses, helps with marketing ideas, does
billing, Internet marketing strategies, prospecting, etc. Cameron constantly
researches new ideas and technology to better service the client. Cameron is well versed with all parameters of sales negotiation specializing in everything from multiple offer scenarios to hard-to-sell property. Cameron works on average 10-14 hours per day 5-7 days per week so you can count on him to be busy working for his clients to get them the highest price for their sale or the lowest price for their buy. With Cameron the client's goals are his number one goals. He knows that as long as the client is well taken care of, the commission and the referrals will all just come naturally.
Partner: Sue Herndon started a real estate career in
1985 and has sold well over 2,000 properties. Sue Herndon has been nicknamed "The Energizer Bunny" due to tireless dedication towards her clients and charitable activities. Sue's creative marketing and advertising background push Herndon and Herndon to new frontiers in presenting homes, land, and condos to today's buyers. Sue works hand-in-hand with each staff member ensuring our clients' success every step of the way. Sue Herndon has always held a high reputation for ethics and client satisfaction. Sue is an active participant in numerous community service activities and non-profit organizations including serving on the Toby Wells Foundation Board,
Toys For Tots, the Business Counsel for the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, the Community Advisory Group for the Palomar-Pomerado Health Foundation, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Poway.
Office Manager: Rebecca Brant is highly accomplished in managing all phases of the listing and escrow process. She is licensed and has years of experience communicating effectively with clients, loan officers, escrow officers, contractors and more with wonderfully efficient systems in place so that every transaction is as smooth as possible while obtaining contractual time frames. Rebecca has a very ambitious take charge personality which makes her a problem solver and a wonderful asset to the Herndon & Herndon experience.
Marketing Coordinator: Cameron Herndon is highly accomplished in managing all phases of the marketing process. These include: Internet market exposure, brochures at our featured properties, newspaper advertisements which appear weekly in various county-circulated readers, direct mail, email flyers, cross marketing and other tools that ensure our homes have the maximum amount of coverage. After viewing and close inspection of each and every listing, he creates exquisite literature on each property for all of the advertising. This comprises of brochures, teasers, cross marketing, weekly packages and Cameron is constantly brainstorming to develop new marketing ideas. The result: increased financial benefit for the client.

recently, Herndon and Herndon launched a charitable campaign, "Buying or

support deserving local students. Recognizing the urgent financial needs of Poway
area schools, the Herndon's are donating a portion of their commission from
each transaction to the school of their clients' choice.
