The Herndon Team has grown another limb to their business model for First-Time Home Buyers and Lower-Income Home Buyers. We currently have a staff of professionals in place specifically to help this group of home buyers and home sellers.
The Loan Officer (Liliana Riquer of Pro Mortgage Consultants 619-814-5209) we work with has years of experience and training using special aided loans with less than 20% down. She also has many packages that are very advantageous to persons currently serving in the military who are looking to purchase a home.
We also have an English/Spanish speaking Title Rep (Rosa Rhea with Nations Title 619.993.1004) who can help you with knowledge about the properties you are looking to purchase whether it be easements, liens, etc.
Another addition to our team is a English/Spanish speaking Buyer's Agent who will guide you from property searching to close of escrow with the personal touch that will make your experience both comfortable and enjoyable.
